WonderWeave Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Please read these terms before using WonderWeave.
1. Agreement
We are Zanghi LLC (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Massachusetts, United States, at 20 Kings Row Ln, Framingham, MA 01701, United States. We operate WonderWeave at wonderweave.app and the app at app.wonderweave.app (together, the “Service”). You can reach us at support@wonderweave.app.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use WonderWeave
WonderWeave is for parents and guardians to use together with their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating one you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add, and that you will supervise your child's use of the Service. Children may not create accounts or use the Service on their own.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and use one account per family.
4. What the Service does
WonderWeave uses artificial intelligence to write short stories from an idea you choose, to draw pictures for them, and to read them aloud in a synthetic narrator voice. Each plan has limits on how much you can make; see our pricing page. We may change, add or remove features, and we may adjust limits to keep the Service safe and sustainable.
5. AI-generated content
Stories, pictures and narration are generated automatically. We use filters and review to keep them suitable for young children, but AI can make mistakes, and content may be inaccurate, repetitive or, rarely, unsuitable. You are responsible for reading a story before sharing it with a child, and for deciding whether it is right for your child. Tell us at support@wonderweave.app about anything unsuitable.
Generated content is not professional advice of any kind.
6. Your ideas and your stories
You keep the rights you have in the ideas you give us. As between you and us, you may use the stories, pictures and narration made for you for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as reading them with your family. Because content is generated by AI, similar content may be produced for other people, and the law about who owns AI-generated material is unsettled; we do not promise exclusive rights.
You give us permission to use your ideas and to store and process your stories as needed to run the Service for you, including sending the necessary parts to our service providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your ideas or stories to train AI models.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- enter personal information about people (for example full names, addresses or phone numbers) into story ideas, or ideas about real people or other people's characters and brands;
- try to produce content that is violent, sexual, hateful, frightening or otherwise unsuitable for children, or to get around our safety measures;
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm or mislead others;
- attempt to access other people's accounts or data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use bots or scripts to make stories in bulk;
- resell, copy or scrape the Service, or use it to build a competing product or to train AI models.
We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
8. Plans, billing and renewals
WonderWeave has a free 14-day trial, a Free plan, and a Paid plan at $5 per month plus any applicable tax. Paid plan subscriptions are billed through Stripe, renew automatically every month on the day you subscribed, and continue until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or end your Paid access after a short grace period.
We will tell you at least 30 days before we change the price of the Paid plan, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
9. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your profile page or by emailing support@wonderweave.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and forms part of these terms.
10. Our rights in the Service
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service as these terms allow. Do not copy, modify or reverse engineer it except as the law permits.
11. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Google, Stripe, and AI providers. Your use of their pages (for example Stripe's payment page) may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
12. Deleting your data and ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can download your data or delete your account, with everything in it, from your profile page. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service; if we end the Service for convenience we will give you notice and a refund of any prepaid period.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for every child.
14. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally by email, it will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and we consent to those courts. Consumer protection laws of the place you live that cannot be waived still apply.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect and, where the law requires, ask you to agree again. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect you accept the updated terms.
17. General
If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or merger. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Children's Privacy Notice and Cancellation and Refund Policy, are our whole agreement with you about the Service.
